New properties added to the portfolio
We’ve brought on several properties that fit our approach: strong locations, practical layouts, and set up for reliable performance.
- Volume Works in Birmingham now sits in the portfolio. It’s central, with 8 beds across studios and a four-bed apartment. Walkable from the main station and with air conditioning, it works well for short stays, like concert-goers heading to Utilita Arena or business travellers needing quick access.
- In London, Etheldon Road in Shepherds Bush brings a bright 3-bed family home. Easy to market and suited to longer group stays.
- Nell Gwynn House in Chelsea offers a 1-bed in an art deco building, just 10 minutes from Sloane Square.
- City Road near Angel has a 4-bed apartment with outdoor space.
- The Round House in West London is a standout 5-bed with its own swimming pool, a rare city perk..
- Phillimore Walk in Kensington rounds it out with a 5-bed mews townhouse.
All of these properties and more are available now for booking, with 10% off stays booked directly through us.

Complete Team Developments
Our team has grown in the right way, with our people-first ethos showing up in the day-to-day work.
Katia Shatik joined as Reservations Manager. Her hospitality background means she handles the first guest contact with the kind of insight that sets expectations properly from the start.
Meanwhile, our Client Account Manager, Charlotte Jackson, is growing more and more in her role. She now spends more time with clients, building stronger relationships through regular meetings.
In London and Edinburgh, our team members on the ground are key to keeping operations running smoothly. They visit properties regularly, spot issues before they grow, and stay involved throughout the guest space.
Guests notice, too: reviews mention them by name, and those details lead to better overall scores, which in turn support occupancy for owners.

Technology launches
This past quarter has been huge on the tech side too: we’ve launched both a brand new owners portal and our new and improved booking website, streamlining the process for both owners and guests alike.
The new owners portal provides real-time views of portfolio performance, payouts, statements, invoices, and inspections. No more waiting for reports, just log in and see what’s happening live.
The website refresh makes our offer clearer and the business easier to understand at a glance, a much needed refresh and step up in our maturity.
Staying close to the operation
A lot of what we’ve done comes back to the same thing: staying close to the operation.
Kathia at reservations, Maria and Jules on the ground, routine property visits, even spring cleans across a few sites. It all feeds into the guest experience.
When guests leave positive reviews about the staff and the stay, it shows up in the numbers. Higher scores mean better occupancy, better profitability, and the best outcomes all round.
If you’re looking for a property manager focused on standards and results, we’d be happy to talk. Just drop us a line at hello@argyl.co.uk or connect on LinkedIn.
